The Body Lab is a weekly podcast by Ashley Pardo, MLA, FNTP, and CPT. Ashley discusses approachable and evidence-based strategies for fat loss, strength training, metabolism, and muscle building - not just for your body, but for your brain. The Body Lab is different because Ashley talks about what actually helps us keep the weight off for life: behavior change, habits, eating psychology, nervous system regulation, relationships, and mental health, all through the lens of the neurodivergent and highly sensitive woman.
