Studies that specifically prove how sweat can help your body rid itself of toxins. Something, however, changed my mind. Something related to one of the toxins I was studying… Atrazine. Atrazine is a powerful herbicide used to prevent weeds from growing around crops. And while that certainly "sounds" good, there are some serious consequences related to the use of Atrazine. Consequences such as Infertility, Low Testosterone levels, and Birth Defects. Needless to say, that's not good. It's also not talked about. Until now.
