Narcondam Hornbill Ingredients ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup water 1 sprig of rosemary 4 figs 6 oz gin Lemon juice Ice Instructions 1. Make the smash : in a pot, heat up sugar, water, and rosemary until sugar has dissolved 2. Then strain into a blender and add in figs 3. Blend with a few pulses 4.
