Cozumel Vireo 1 ½ oz Reposado or Blanco Tequila ½ oz Triple Sec ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup* ½ oz Lime Juice Ice Cinnamon Stick Instructions In a shaker filled halfway with ice, add tequila, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, and cinnamon syrup. Shake shake shake Pour into a lowball glass and garnish with the cinnamon stick *Cinnamon Syrup recipe 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup water ½ tsp cinnamon Instructions Combine all in a small sauce pot Bring to a simmer, cook on low for 5 minutes Cool completed, transfer to a container and refrigerate up to 6 months.
