EEOC Sues NY Times Over Diversity Promotion

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a lawsuit against the New York Times. The lawsuit alleges that the paper discriminated against a qualified white male editor in favor of a less experienced woman to meet diversity goals.
