DUI Crash with Kids: Man Arrested, Charges Filed

Julian Thomas, 29, was arrested after a DUI crash in Wichita involving four children. Thomas allegedly crashed his SUV into a building while under the influence and then fled with the children. All involved sustained minor injuries, and an investigation is ongoing.
