Tenor Health: NEPA hospital purchase still under state health department review
Tenor Health Foundation's CEO confirmed the company is prepared to acquire and manage three hospitals owned by Commonwealth Health. However, the transaction is still subject to review and approval by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
