State Supreme Court rules again in battle to replace a Lackawanna County Commissioner
A court ruling has determined that the upcoming special election for Lackawanna County commissioner will decide the permanent replacement for former commissioner Matt McGloin. Former county employee Brenda Sacco has been granted temporary replacement status.
