Self-Improvement
About
I’m Lewis Hackney, and I believe now is the best time in history to be a man — not because of old systems holding on, but because for the first time, we have options. I’m the founder of Truuman — a platform and podcast built to explore what modern masculinity really looks like when men are free to choose their own path. Through honest conversations, real experiences, and spaces where men can speak without judgment, I help guys cut through the noise and get clear on who they want to be. Alongside the podcast, I co-lead The Foundry CIC, where we design and deliver workshops for boys, men, and the people who raise and work with them. We work with schools, businesses, and community orgs to create tangible change — from fatherhood support groups to staff training. My work lives at the intersection of culture, self-development, and honest conversation. If you’re a man trying to figure it out — or someone who supports them — let’s talk.
