When we make judgments and decisions, they are usually based on how we have always responded or reacted to a situation. These rules change the response and take away the judgment. It is a new way of responding, usually not a go-to, and it asks you to let spirit guide your response. It requires an open mind and willingness to accept that your way may not be the best way to resolve a conflict or deal with a situation.
