Trump's DOJ indicts ex-FBI Director Comey a 2nd time
The Trump administration's DOJ has indicted former FBI Director James Comey for a second time, charging him with threatening President Trump's life in a social media post from May 2025. The indictment was unsealed on April 28, 2026.
