*shakes orange* This podcast was born because we are having a tough time sometimes and we wanted to talk about how life is complicated, how there are good things and bad things all the time and we should give our attention to both. Because of this, we bring to each other and to you one good and one bad thing that happened during our week and we talk about all the feelings that we felt about them, freely, no judgment. *shakes orange again*
