Walking Through Fire to Save 65 Horses
During the August 2020 CZU Lightning Complex Fires, 65 horses were safely evacuated from Tamara Boole’s Covered Bridge Equestrian Center in Felton, California, with help from local ranchers and advice from vet Dr. Lais Costa on animal evacuation.
