Hurst Signs Rookie Contract, Joins Bucs

Georgia State wide receiver Ted Hurst signed his rookie contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He joins veteran and younger players at the wide receiver position. Hurst is noted for his size, speed, and college statistics, and will participate in rookie minicamp.
