Episode 283: Chosen

If you've ever played pickup basketball you may have experienced a time when the games were just starting and you had to pick teams. Once the captains were determined they began to select players for their squads. If you didn't really know everyone you just waited to see if you were picked. When it came down to you and one other player you may have gotten anxious. Then the last captain made their choice... they chose you. The other player had to wait until the game was over, but they got to select their team for the next game. But you were glad to be able to play. It feels good when someone chooses you.
