Phoenix Sets New Residential Solid Waste Rates

Phoenix has approved a new residential solid waste rate schedule, with initial increases beginning in July 2026. The rates include adjustments for inflation annually after July 2029, not exceeding 5%. A separate fee for Green Organics Collection was also established.
