Giants Trade Bailey, Guardians Boost Defense

The San Francisco Giants have traded Gold Glove catcher Patrick Bailey to the Cleveland Guardians. In exchange, the Giants receive Matt Wilkinson and a draft pick. The Guardians intend for Bailey to strengthen their defense in the AL Central.
