Rich talked about his Amazon Prime Day  mishap  and the products that you wanted the most. Rich also talked about his  list of gadgets  to keep an eye on this holiday season. Rich explained who’s  eligible  for the FTC’s Amazon Prime refund and warned listeners to watch out for scammers trying to take advantage of it. Nas in Los Angeles is wondering why his apps are no longer streaming after he switched from Spectrum to T-Mobile home internet. Rich mentioned doing a speed test with  Fast.com . Rich explained that if you’re trying to remove an older Nest Thermostat from the Google Home app, you’ll need to delete it from the Nest app instead for it to fully disappear. He also noted that Google is  ending support  for the first-generation Nest Learning Thermostats from 2011 and 2012 — so if you still have one of those, it’s time to upgrade. Tony in Orange County  warned  listeners never to call a phone number found in search results — instead, go directly to the company’s official website and use the customer service number listed there. Steve in Orange County asked how to remove  Recall  from his Windows computer. Rich said to go to  Settings → Privacy & Security → Recall & Snapshots  and turn off the toggle for  Save Snapshots . He also mentioned  Winaero Tweaker , a handy app that lets you adjust nearly any Windows setting.
