Skanska's Starling Tower: $110M Apartment High-Rise

Skanska is constructing the Starling Tower, a $110 million, 31-story apartment high-rise in Montrose. Designed by Page Southerland Page, it will include 30,000 square feet of retail space and is expected to open in early 2023.
