Runyon Group Buys Hamptons Retail Spaces for $39M

Runyon Group has purchased two retail properties in Water Mill, Hamptons for $39 million, breaking the previous retail record. The acquisition includes Water Mill Square and The Mill, covering 50,000 square feet.
