Jeffrey Choy Convicted for Shooting Police Officer

Jeffrey Choy, a three-time felon, was convicted of attempted murder and other felony charges for shooting a Mountain View police officer during a DUI traffic stop. The officer, who was wearing a bullet-proof vest, survived the attack.
