New Captain of the Parish of Arbory appointed
Claire Whiteway, a longstanding Arbory resident, has been appointed the new Captain of the Parish of Arbory by Lieutenant Governor Sir John Lorimer. Mrs. Whiteway expressed she is honored and proud to assume the largely ceremonial role.
