Previously, as Hambro Perks first Creative Director, he supported their growing portfolio (including Sipsmiths, Laundrapp, Takumi, TheDots) through early-stage development and testing. This, combined with previous agency projects (including Native, SeymourPowell, BBC, Nike, DEFRA) gave Stephen a deep understanding of startups, strategic innovation and translating this to investors. As an avid designer and entrepreneur himself, Stephen has won several awards including Sunday Times Ski Product of the Year, for his map business MountMaps.
