Sewer and roads fees stay flat, wastewater fees hiking 5% for Yorkville residents

Yorkville residents will see a 5% increase in wastewater fees for residents and a 10-20% increase for non-residents. Other infrastructure fees for sewer and roads will remain unchanged, despite anticipated 20% annual water hikes over the next five years.
