Welcome to The IronMom Life Podcast where we, as Moms, are embodying an empowering lifestyle working towards personal excellence. Each week I will be sharing tips, tricks, and trends to guide you to live your best life. The IronMom Life is focused on 8 pillars- Mindset, Inspiration, Discipline, Grit, Joy, Fun, Health, and Community. My goal is to build and grow a community of Moms who rise above the mediocre to become extraordinary in mind, body, and soul. We, as Moms, have the unique opportunity, and in my opinion, the obligation to strive for and be our personal best so that we teach and raise our children to follow and flourish. My name is Jenn Moss and as a 7 time Ironman triathlete who has embraced the Iron lifestyle and brought it into motherhood as a now 2 time IronMom, invite you to come on this journey as well!
