Artificial Intelligence Have In Common With A Serial Killer?

A little background: so when I write science fiction, I always do copious amounts of research into the subjects I will be writing about. In my upcoming novel to be released in the spring, The Day Science Fiction Died , there is an AI that wants to kill. And for that to have a realistic spin on the story, I had to research serial killers. Not my favorite subject, by the way. However, here's where it gets interesting. I stumbled upon a book titled, The Big Book of Serial Killers: 150 Serial Killer Files of the World’s Worst Murders by Jack Rosewood. It highlighted twelve common traits of a serial killer. And digging deeper, there was not much imagination needed, frankly, none at all, in linking AI's behavior to the twelve organic dot-connectors. Actually, sadly, it is extremely disturbing what I uncovered. AI has these very same behavioral flaws. This should frighten you.
