Ebola outbreak in Africa is 'public health emergency of international concern': WHO
The World Health Organisation says it has determined that the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda constitutes a "public health emergency of international concern." It said the outbreak does not meet the criteria of a pandemic emergency.
