Todd Bertsch - igniting the spark for action
In his early 20’s, Toss Bertsch was completely derailed after his rock-bottom habits took a turn for the worst. At that point he had a choice - continue the life he was living, or find a way to let his personal agency lead him down a new path. He chose the latter and has spent the past 30 years continually working on his own growth, and coaching leaders, teams and individuals to do the same.
