The private nonprofit organization TRIP that researches, evaluates and distributes economic and technical data on surface transportation issues sent out a study saying Colorado drivers lose $11.4 billion per year driving on roads that are rough, congested & lack some desirable safety features. That on its face is a shockingly large number so I wanted to dig into this report to find out what’s going on so I invited Rocky Moretti, TRIP’s Director of Policy & Research to talk all about it.
