Each year, MIPIM in Cannes gathers thousands of developers, investors, and workplace innovators from around the world. To better understand how the perception of flexible workspaces is evolving within the real estate sector, we spoke with Gaël Lebreton, Head of Design at Deskeo, part of the Newmark group. Deskeo operates around 100,000 square meters across 70 buildings, primarily in Paris and Lyon. The company functions through three main branches: Managed Offices, Design and Build, and a Hospitality subsidiary. They serve tenants directly, partner with landlords through management contracts, and operate white-label spaces.
