Ventilation won't make office buildings as safe as pre-pandemic times, expert says
Mechanical engineer Steve Taylor states that upgrading HVAC systems cannot make offices fully pre-pandemic safe. However, he advises that masks, combined with existing ventilation standards, should be sufficient to lower infection risk to acceptable levels.
