Chicago Beaches Get High-Tech Parking Upgrade

Chicago beaches are introducing a high-tech parking system with automated gates and license plate readers at ten locations. This upgrade is expected to increase revenue from $8.9 million to $9.4 million this year while maintaining current parking rates.
