Henrico County Backs Salvation Army's Center of Hope Expansion

Henrico County has pledged $900,000 towards the Salvation Army's Center of Hope expansion project. The expansion will add 100 beds and is slated to begin construction in late 2024, with completion expected by mid-2026.
