Copper State Beer Fest 2026 (feat. Phil Quitana, Dr. John, and Will Waltherson)

Greg had a booth at the 2026 Annual Copper State Beer Fest (Mesa, AZ) for the fifth year in a row. (In a row?) The first conversation (4:15) was with Phillip Quintana, owner of two beer & wine bars; Tap Savvy (Litchfield Park, AZ) and Tap 2 (Avondale, AZ). The second conversation (27:02) was with a festival goer Dr. John who was enjoying himself immensely. The third and final conversation (37:14) was with Will Waltherson, head brewer of Catalyst Crafted Ales.
