Lillian Smith - A conversation on running, self love, girlfriends and more
This young lady is truly an inspiration! Still in her 20's, she's already done so much. She's got a successful career in finance, has run 8 marathons and is also a fitness instructor. Not only that, she's got a light that shines bright! You can see it in her smile and hear it when she talks! We get into the marathons she's run (including one on a sprained ankle) and who she runs for.
