Sean of TheDraftRoomNYC joins the podcast as well to talk about their own upcoming collab with NJ Beer Co and how they connected with Off Script. Ryan from Off Script Brewing tells his story about how he got into beer, the hype surrounding his recent offerings, and how he'll be brewing on a much larger scale soon where everyone will be able to get their hands on his beer. Paul from NJ Beer Co talks about the collabs with both Off Script and The Draft Room as well as the last beers that have been coming out of the brewery - some of which are getting monster scores on Untappd. He talks about the shift to making hop saturated beers and how the brewery is appealing to all levels of craft beer fans. Later Chase from Top Beer Drops joins the podcast and talks about the top ten beer rated new beers in the country according to Untappd - a list which includes Off Script.
