A Mount Airy man was arrested Tuesday after Maryland State Police say he attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Interstate 695 while using flashing emergency-style lights on his vehicle. Sentencing has been delayed again for a man who admitted his role in the death of a Frederick teenager linked to an MS-13 investigation.
